For those of you wanting to buy a home or sell one things will get a lot easier now!!  Yesterday's vote to approve TAX PORTABILITY passed by a landslide!   It's already a great time to buy and now even moreso as you don't have to pay increases in your real estate tax due to buying a more expensive home.
