Hello everyone...it's been a long time... I hope that you are all hanging in there thru this challenging economy and are enjoying good health and happy times.   This year has come and gone so fast I cannot believe it's October!

Recently, I sold my home in Hollywood Oaks at rapid speed.  There were 18 homes for sale at the time and everyone said I wouldn't sell it, it would take forever blah blah blah.  I wasn't listening... I needed to move and had my plan in place.   In a neighborhood where the prices were high, I knew I had to price it lower and still get my value... and I knew it had to show well.  The last piece of the puzzle was getting people to see it.  That is where I used my marketing background and expertise..  Through email campaigns, internet sites,  flyers, word of mouth and promotion locally, internationally and in NY I was able to drive in a ton of traffic.   Here is a photo below....
