Wow.... haven't written an a little too long... sorry for that.  Been so busy out there in the neighborhood meeting many of you.  And of course the offspring, the homework etc.

Today was a REALLY big football day so we did our OPEN house a bit earlier than usual... 12:30 -3.  Attendance was fair (6) but the people who came out were great so It was a success.   Today's Open House was at 4942 Sarazen Drive in Emerald Hills.  This home has a fabulous layout.  Living, dining, kitchen and family room are all open to each other and spacious, creating an entertainers dream home.   AND... there is a tucked away wing with 3 large bedrooms and one bath behind a "pocket door"..so you won't wake the kids when you do have those fabulous parties and holiday dinners.  The master suite is on the opposite side of the house with walk in closet, jacuzzi tub AND a sizable sitting room which makes a great office, gym and I was told today.. could be a great yoga room!   Another interesting feature that the potential buyers loved was that the pool is vertical to the house, allowing much more grassy area for barbeque, playset and lounging.   The seller is offering a $7,500 credit to buyers to use toward closing or decor.   Check out the virtual tour at: http://www.realtourvision.com/tour/RE/tour.view.new.php?utl=RE-8410-QAWLVD-01
