HGTV's hit show "My First Sale” is now in production of its 3rd season and we're excited to announce we are casting in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale and surrounding communities!?? We are currently looking for fun, high-energy, first-time home sellers (and their realtors!) who are interested in being featured on the show. “My First Sale” chronicles the exciting process of selling a home for the first time, including listing, staging, and ultimately selling. With only a realtor and maybe a friend or family member by their side, the rookie home sellers learn to deal with the low-ball offers, showings, and inspections in each fun-filled half-hour episode. Ideal candidates will be fun, energetic, financially candid and motivated to sell. All price ranges and home types are welcome. Singles, families and couples are all invited to apply. No short sales or foreclosures please. We are casting through the end of this year and are accepting applications immediately from candidates who plan on selling by Spring 2011.
